How does billing work?
We cut overheads and streamline processes to deliver cost effective services. All billing is monthly and setup as a direct debit fee.
All additional services are processed as cash on delivery through our online store.
How long does my platform access last?
Even after your program is complete, your access to the Simtail portal will remain active. This allows you to access past images and artwork as and when you require.
Do we offshore our work?
Our teams are based across Australia and we are proud to have our clients enjoying custom campaigns and content from our Australian based staff.
Can I access my Simtail portal on computer?
Yes, your Simtail portal is accessible on a web browser and also through the app.
Is the app available to both iOS and Android phones?

Am I locked into a contract?
Your program is created by you, the duration is at your discretion. You are not locked into a contract, as you set the duration based on your requirements.
I don’t have any social media pages setup
Don’t worry we can set this up for you and ensure you have full access and ownership of your business page on Instagram and Facebook.
How do I get started?
Simply sign up online and one of our consultants will be in contact to create a Simtail profile for you. The next time you log in to our website, we’ll walk you through the rest of the setup.
